The 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser is just a carry over of the 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. It is available in one model alone but you can choose between a 2WD and a 4WD with the 4WD also available in manual transmission.
The 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser uses the powerful 4 liter 24-valve V6 VVT-i engine with 5-speed automatic transmission or a 4WD 6-speed manual transmission. It produces 239 hp at 5200 rpm and 278 lb-ft of torque at 3700 rpm. It uses an electronic TDIS and has high-mounted with double wishbone front suspension and suspension bar as well as a 4 link rear suspension. VSC and TRAC are also standard features of the 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser.
